Customer Support Offshore and BPOs are attracting an annual amount of about 25 billion and remittances by the OFWs have reached an approximate of 24 billion. The 10 percent growth rate on BPOs indicates that its revenue amount of $16 billion will easily increase to $40 billion in 2030, surpassing it will become a possibility. Such expansion will mean increased employment of the Filipinos and the other sectors are prosperous. Food and property companies will be riding on this tide by increasing activities and establishing additional branches in strategic business districts in the country where most of the outsourcing firms are located.
